Diagnosed with diabetes, high cholesterol and hypertension because of his weight, Randy Putzler eliminated sugar from his diet. He also began a work-out routine at his area YMCA. Now 75 pounds lighter, he now works as a personal trainer and exercise class instructor at the YMCA in Wentzville.
