Wednesday July 8, 2009--- An estimated 15-18 dogs were taken from 10 Lakewood Place in East St. Louis by the Humane Society Wednesday evening. Members of the United States Department of Agriculture office of the inspecter general, the Illinois State Police, the Humane Society of Missouri, and the Humane Society of the United States were on scene.
