18 NOVEMBER 2009 - O'Fallon police officer Michael Doerge, Sr., at left and Moline Acres detective Sgt. David Bobo share a laugh during the presentation of the 40th annual Medal of Valor Awards held Wednesday at the downtown Hilton. The award is the highest award given by the community to a law enforcement officer. Twenty-one officers, including Doerge and Bobo, received the award that recognizes conspicuous acts of bravery.
