FROM JUNE 6, 1961- Diagram of the Gateway Arch conveyance system and underground visitor center.  Cutaway section at upper left shows how arch will be ascended by stairs, by cable train operating on curved track and by elevator moving up slanted track.  Loading areas for train and elevator are indicated in lower cutaway, with ramps leading to visitor center at right.  Museum of Westward Expansion with two theaters and variety of dramatic displays, will be part of underground development.
