Bosch is among the eighty percent of the new staff that as been hired at the school to address student achievement. Bosch started the student/teacher greeting ritual for his classroom in effort to establish consistency and professional to his students at an early age. The school, where just 12 percent of students passed standardized tests last year, is part a sweeping effort being rolled out this fall to overhaul failing schools nationwide.
