July 03, 2010--"It happened when I was so young it's hard to know what it would have been like to have full vision," said Kallie Hartigan, 22, of St. Joseph, Mo. seen here in an family photograph as a toddler. Hartigan had cataract surgery when she was 6-months-old. Her doctor David Braverman made what she calls a prolonged misdiagnosis after she had problems post surgery.
