July 03, 2010--Kallie Hartigan, 22, of St. Joseph, Mo. puts prescription eye drops in her eyes three times a day and has been doing that since her youth. Hartigan had cataract surgery when she was 6-months-old. Her doctor David Braverman made what she calls a prolonged misdiagnosis, when she had problems post surgery.
