August 27, 2011--- William Wickline, 4, tries to learn a traditional Mexican dance from Octavio Nieto of the Alma de Mexico en St. Louis at the International Institute's Festival of Nations at Tower Grove Park in St. Louis. Wickline said his favorite part was getting to wear the cowboy hat but that he wanted to be an Indian next time.
