The scrolls contain inspirational "Messages of Hope" written by members of the community for patients of the hospital. After they're organized, the scrolls are placed in a treasure chest next to the Christmas tree in Cardinal Glennon Medical Center so that patients or their family members can pick them up while walking through the hospital.
