We are thoroughly lost, said Edith Macmillan as she and her husband Hugh Macmillan, from San Antonio, try to find the arrival waiting area for flights coming to the D concourse Sunday at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. Temporary hallways and signage make the arrival area a confusing maze for some visitors.
