But in the present economy, it is becoming a more popular option for consumers and business have re-offered the service after years of not. Long, a cycling enthusiast, says he bought his last bike on layaway and likes using it. It's easier than saving money for it, he said. I can just throw money at it when I can.

Members of Occupy St. Louis hold a general assembly in Kiener Plaza in St. Louis on Sunday, November 13, 2011.  During the meeting they talked about the merits of bonding out of jail early or staying in jail the required 24 hours after 27 members were arrested early Saturday for ordinance violations related to the curfew in Kiener Plaza.  Some people were concerned that by bonding out of jail their money was being put right back into the system they are fighting against.   On Sunday afternoon there was 60 people in the plaza.

He's never lost his step said Eileen Snopek about her husband.   Organizers estimate that about 1,800 people came to the church for the event that featured polish food, dancing, music and tours of St. Slanislaus.  Money raised from the festival goes to help pay for the restoration and maintenance of the church.  The say they served about 600 meals during the festival.
