Kimberly Schlau of Collinsville received $8 million last month, the result of a suit she filed against Matt Mitchell, an Illinois state trooper whose speeding cruiser crashed into a car carrying her two teen-aged daughters, Jessica Uhl, left in photo, and Kelli Uhl, killing them four years ago.
