A $1 million green home by Hibbs Homes is under construction in a Clayton subdivision on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, that will have a geothermal heating/cooling system and other super energy efficient components. The light blue covering, which is a  foam board that acts as a thermal barrier, will help 'seal' the structure from outside air.
