Six members of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra's string section, conducted by Ward Stare, performed with three branches of Grace Hill Settlement House's Head Start program at Powell Symphony Hall. Children waved colored scarfs along with the music of the Winter movement of Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" as the children's book, "A Snowy Day" was read with the music. The program was part of the Grow Up Great initiative sponsored by PNC Bank.
