It's a bit overwhelming to take in, said Schutzenhofter, who was at Kilroy's Saturday when the accident happened. Goodman was killed  Saturday April 28, 2012, when strong winds toppled an oversized tent, killing one and injuring more than 100. Elizabeth Schmidt, a resident of the Clarkchester Apartments in Ellisville hears the city council approve a proposed Walmart development with TIF financing during the council's meeting at Ellisville Elementary School Wednesday May 2, 2012.  Schmidt is among 250 residents of the apartment building that would lose their homes if the business is built.  These five (council) people that voted to give 250 people $1000 a piece and call that a relocation program should be ashamed of themselves, said Schmidt
