Wednesday June 19, 2002--Cardinals employee Stephanie Midgett hangs black bunting around the bust of Jack Buck outside of Busch Stadium on early Wednesday morning. The Hall of Fame Broadcaster passed away late Tuesday night.  Fans began to slowly arrivie at the bust to drop off flowers and pay their respects shortly after Buck's passing was announced.
