9/13/06 St. Louis The Energizer Bunny Hot Hare Balloon looms over the softball fields in Forest Park Wednesday evening. The balloon was making a trial promotional run in preparation for the 34th Annual Great Forest Park Balloon Race Balloon Glow Friday night and the race on Saturday. Friday 9/17/2004--Balloons adorn the hillside below the World's Fair Pavillion in Forest Park as they participate in the annual Great Forest Park Balloon Glow which proceeds Saturdays Great Forest Park Balloon Race. Pilots tether their balloons and use their propane burner to provide illumination. This event allows the public to watch and interact with the balloon crews close up.
