The Chabad of Greater St. Louis in University City held a celebration for their new Torah Scroll that replaced one stolen a year ago.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2009 - Rabbi Yosef Landa carries the newly completed Torah Scroll back to the Chabad of Greater St. Louis for the last leg of a parade down Delmar Boulevard Sunday afternoon in University City.  The Chabad of Greater St. Louis held a dedication ceremony and celebration to replace a scroll that was stolen last year with a parade to nearby synagogues Agudas Israel and Young Israel.  One of the ceremonies involved inviting families to help write the final lines of the new Torah Scroll.John L. White | Post-Dispatch
