Sam Klein, 12, talks to Randy Tourville, a worker with Republic Services, outside of his home on Chandellay Drive in west St. Louis County last week (4/19). Tourville became friends with Sam when Sam was in kindergarten and used to call Tourville's office, Veolia Environmental Services at the time, and commend the workers for the job they do. Sam's fascination with trash trucks has turned into a passion for recycling, and he donates the proceeds to charity. Tourville stopped by to say he will collect donations from his co-workers to partner with Sam's charity efforts.
